Return and Exchange Service
- Generally, the store will replace any goods if needed. Once the order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. No refund will be given.
- Customers can exchange goods within a 7-days period, that is, the 7-days exchange period is calculated from the date of receipt of the goods. The exchange service can only be accepted once per order.
- All delivery fees and installation fees are non-refundable.
- The exchange service is subject to inspection in terms of functionality and quality of goods being exchanged; (any damage caused by customer will void exchange). All battery products are non-returnable and exchange.
- The return or exchange goods must be in a New Condition and with All Packaging Materials, otherwise, we reserve the right to reject your return or exchange request.
- The store has the right to exchange the same model but in different colour if necessary.
Return and Exchange Procedures
- If your goods meet our return policy, please call or email our Customer Service Officer to submit a replacement request during the exchange period.
- Upon receipt of the application, the store will conduct a preliminary review based on the information (pictures/videos, etc.) provided by customer.
- After the initial application is accepted, we will notify customer by email or telephone, customer has to bring all corresponding goods within the specified time to visit the store and submit to further defect or damage inspection with customer service staff during business hours.
- If the applicant fails to process the replacement within the specified time, they will be deemed to have waived the application.
